100 SEO Tips to Follow in 2019

What is your goal?
For your content to rank well on Google.
When do you want it?
Now!
Many SEO tactics do not work anymore. If you use outdated tactics, it's time to review your approach to SEO.
Other tactics need a lot of attention. But sometimes it turns out that these new and cool tactics do not really work for you anyway.
Other legitimate SEO tactics need just time. We are talking about months or more than a year to see the results.
But that does not mean that your SEO strategy should be a desperate process.
Let's focus on more effective and proven SEO tactics. The kind that will help you today.
I present you 100 tips, tricks and secrets that will work just as well to climb Google's rankings. Be careful! If you do a lot of wrong things then you have no chance. The following tips are based on my experience and it is suggested that you trust people who have done it again.

100 SEO Tips to Follow in 2019

100 Tips for SEO

1. Never use "#" in URLs. Because Googlebot does not index URLs with "#" registered.
2. With the new mobile-first index, use the Google Search Concept & Snapshot tool to check how Google Mobile Search Agent views your mobile pages in relation to your desktop pages.
3. Do not use AJAX-crawling on new sites. Migrate any sites using AJAX-Crawling. Remember: remove the "meta fragment".
4.When donating to charities and non-profit organizations for backlinks, this is against Google's webmaster guidelines.
5. Although your site maps are limited to 50,000 URLs per Sitemap, you now have the ability to have a compressed version of 50MB compared to the previous 10MB.
6.Google will display emojis in search results. Emojis can play an important role in local search. Just see how you can search for a nearby pizza area using an emoji.
7. The content is king, the backlinks are queen and the video can be the duplication of the two. Google incorporates the video into Google Maps lists. So if you do not have a video strategy, start developing soon.
8.If you're a store that is just starting out, use the Google AdWords reports for distance and save your visit reports to optimize which geographic regions and user locations drive most of the store purchases.
9.When performing keyword research, integrate queries that are most relevant to voice search. Because Google Voice Search is available in 30 new languages, it is available to more than One billion people worldwide. Voice Search will continue to be more important with Google Answers and the first mobile marker.
10. Since Penguin is now real-time, it's important to keep track of backlinks in the Google Search Console (Traffic Search> Links on your site) and discard them once a month.
11.To help prepare the mobile-first index, you need to increase mobile search traffic. Start Google AMP or Progressive Web Applications (PWA). Google will display AMP or PWA pages in the first mobile index if you do not have a mobile site, so you will want to make sure your main content and the list of links on the AMP or PWA pages.
12. Keep link building on White hat levels. If Google detects massive violations, it will devalue all your links, not just bad guys.
13. Many SEO Marketers believe that decoupled referrals do not offer value. However, Gary Illyes hinted at an interview that there might be a future in unrelated reports. So any reference is a good reference.
14.Start to create a large number of links to directories. Proceed with lists that are of the highest quality (Yelp, Yellow Pages, Google+, etc.) and add relevancy to your brand.
15. Stop using the widget links as a link building strategy. If you're going to use the widgets, use them as a UX awareness strategy and experience.
16. Make sure you have a clear connection structure within your site. For example, if you count on the footer links to drive your internal sign-in strategy, think again. Footers and header links do not have much weight. Therefore, the internal link inside your site's copy will allow Google to better navigate your site.
17. When migrating your site from HTTP to HTTPS, do not make any other changes to your site. Google assumes nothing has changed on the website. If you change more than one thing, Google may have difficulty recognizing all the changes.
18. Canonical tags do not store a crawl budget. Search engines must also scan copies to find that they are, in fact, duplicates.
19. Keep the speed of the location within 2-3 seconds for the user. You can use tools like WebPageTest to find the speed of your site.
20.Change Twitter for Twitter Cards.
21.The same applies to Facebook. Choose to add Open Graph to optimize how your Facebook posts are displayed.
22. If you are an ecommerce brand and you are not using Instagram, now is the time to get started. Based on Instagram's initial success with its shopping features, it begins to circulate across thousands of businesses selling clothing, jewelery or beauty products.
23. With Google Home, the Amazon Echo and more digital assistants are growing, events and local drivers will be extremely beneficial for brands looking to land on the first result.
24. Google has launched a Travel Planning feature in the Knowledge Graph, so if you are a local business or travel company, creating travel guides can work for you.
25.Invest to customer service on Facebook. You can sell and buy through Facebook Messenger. Everlane is an excellent example of a brand that does that well.
26.Try LinkedIn Ads. LinkedIn allows you to track conversions for the number of users from your ad and Conversion ads.
27. Create "Search for" ads in Google AdWords to convert more mobile users.
28.Try to create a 360 video for Facebook. Now, you can live stream 360-video on Facebook.
29. Navigate to Google's Carousel Search Live results, featuring AMP pages with structured data markup and Atom XML flow. Then fill out this form.
30. Reddit is the ninth largest website in the US. If you are interested in that particular market there you want to be your brand and you can start by testing with their content promotion ads.
31.If you are a local business and Facebook, follow your Facebook Live location targeting to include or block specific locations.
32. You can make your customers browse your local store on Google if you use Google's Local Inventory Ad program.
33. Your age's adjusted age has always been an important factor in the ranking. If you are a newcomer, it will be difficult to compete with an online site for 10 years.
34. Keep a healthy profile links because search engines link it to the beginning and quality of your entire website and brand.
35. Get rid of thin content or rewrite it. It does not benefit your site but reduces quality. Long form content has been proven to achieve higher search results.
36. Clean duplicate content hosted internally or externally. By clearing duplicate content, you remove any scraped content or duplicate on your site. If you have duplicate content on other sites, please email the webmaster to remove it or add it to the removal file.
37. Customer reports continue to grow. Make a plan to ask your customers reviews or product reviews about products. Search engines use them to value and lead to higher conversions.
38. Watch the pages that users leave from your site by analyzing the exit pages. Why are users leaving? Consider reviewing these exit pages to increase time on the site.
39.If you find a low click-through rate in Google Search Console Search Analytics, consider re-writing the meta-descriptions.
40. Sometimes old content still drives traffic. If this is the case, you can create a new place with similar content to drive new, fresh and more relevant content.
41. Double check to make sure your money pages are indexed with "site: domain". Also check if you have a double index. Dual indexing can lead to duplicate content.
42. A page must have a H1 tag. Do not use multiple H1 labels on one page.
43. FAQ pages increase their importance. I suggest that you spend time with your Frequently Asked Questions pages. To get more exposure for long term keyword terms, rewrite these pages to frequently asked questions to include more than one of these search terms.
44. You can no longer match SEO efforts with PageRank now that Google has removed it. When comparing your site with other brands or competitors, use SEO tools such as Mozilla's Top Domain or Ahref's URL rating. These are not replacing Google's PageRank, because it's not 100 percent expensive, but it's a good starting point.
45. When redesigning your site, hire a SEO Marketer before investing more time and resources on your site. Many new modern website designs, like the parallax parallax, must be tailored to best SEO practices, such as page placement.
46. Do not forget to add ALT image properties before posting. Also, try to include relevant keyword phrases.
47.You can have more than one sitemap. If you want Google to focus on specific sections of your site, create a separate sitemap. Like separate sitemaps for images, videos, profiles and blog posts.
48. Make sure all your pages have the rel = canonical tag that directs the search engines to the main page. Rel = normal tags reduce confusion when another site neutralizes your content, ultimately creating duplicate content.
49.If your URLs are dynamic URLs (which means that you see this: https://digimarketingtech.blogspot.com/?mode=1-list=1), you will want to customize your parameters in the Google Search Console by the way that you want Google to crawl the content. Again, this helps to reduce duplicate content.
50.When someone else reports your content, make sure to place the rel = canonical tag in order to return to your original page.
51. Are you first setting up the Google Search Console? Remember to add both versions of your site. Do submit both www and non-www versions of your site. Once finished, set your preferred site.
52. As above, if you have multiple subdomains, you will want to submit them to the Google Search Console as a new property to get all the data.
53. Before you move from HTTP to HTTPS, change your internal links to HTTPS.
54. As quality is above the quantity for the content, the same applies to the creation of links. Link building has changed completely it is not what it was 5 years ago. Linking PR and PR attempts to create a more authentic login experience.
55. When creating a piece of content, think about how this content can be redirected to a video, Facebook Live, Slideshare, etc.
56. Do not forget to add the IP address to Google Analytics.
57. Remove pop-ups on mobile and parentheses from mobile. Since Google announced in January 2017 that it was going to impose a penalty on sites that still use embarrassing pop-ups and interstitial messages, webmasters chose alternatives to pop-ups.
58. When writing content, make sure you check spelling and grammar. Errors will not affect your ranking but cause bad user experience.
59. Create a system to schedule in manual view for link building and PR. Yes, the links can be built, but what happens with a little push? SEO is not a unique job of stabilization and abandonment.
60. When working with an influencer, you always have a contract. You want to be clear about what the influencer expects of you and vice versa.
61. When calculating the type of content you want to write, use tools like BuzzSumo to reverse the best-performing content of your competitor.
If you hide divs in your CSS, stop and clean it.
63. Fresh content can give a slight boost to your rankings. This content does not need to be new content on the home page. It may also come from the content of your blog.
64. Adding breadcrumbs to your site will boost not only SEO but also user experience.
65. Avoid large redirection chains to help search engines crawl your site faster.
66. When using images, try to get the vector image file. These file types are better scaled, giving you better image quality on many devices.
67. Think of having a content network (CDN) to host your images. A CDN helps speed up your site.
68. If you have not switched to HTTPS and run AMP pages, you will need to change them soon. Maile Ohye from Google shared at the SEJ Summit that HTTPS will be required for AMP, but John Mueller recently said that AMP is not yet a requirement.
69.If you have products with very narrow descriptions and names, use the canonical tag instead of redirecting it.
70. Nofollow links were created to identify paid links. Today, most sites use them for external links in case you are connecting to a low quality site.
71.Nofollow links that refer to forums or comments. The same applies to sponsorship, advertising and press releases.
72. With the release of Google Allo, you'll want to increase quality reviews for your local business. Businesses close to most reviews take the top priority.
73. Check to make sure that NAP in local reports is the same on all channels.
74. Google increased the character limit of the title tags to 70 characters. Make sure you optimize all characters. However, be sure to check if the characters are interrupted on the mobile.
75. Google also expanded the length of meta-descriptions to 200 characters on the desktop and 172 to mobile.
76. While having a privately owned domain will not affect your search rankings, shared hosting can cause your site to receive less indexing. Search engine index based on IP address and when multiple IP addresses, search engines can get too many signals.
77.If you want to show the keywords you are interested in on the first page of the search results, start a paid campaign for the non-brand terms and branded keywords you want to appear in the search. Try and experiment with them to determine which keyword terms work for you and then integrate into your organic efforts.
78. You do not need to use exact match keywords. Google can associate search terms with keywords based on semantic search.
79. If you are trying to structure your keyword buckets based on density, stop. Keyword density was not something that lasted long and was of particular importance.
80. When you connect internally to a hyperlink, you do not need to connect internally to the terms of your keywords. But it helps if the content surrounding the link is related to your main keywords.
When linking internally to a hyperlink, you do not need to connect internally to your keyword terms. But it helps if the content surrounding the link is related to your main keywords.
81. While Google AMP pages may look naked, you can add forms to earn leads.
82. Customize call-to-actions based on refferals. You can also do this based on your location and keyword search query.
83. On your Google AMP pages, you can apply Scroll Tracking with Google Tag Manager.
84. When you work with influencers or send your content to another site, do a quick search to see when the last pages were saved by searching for "cache: URL". If it's over a month, save your content for somewhere else.
85. Voice search queries for locations will continue to increase. Think about embedding phrases such as "close to me" to content and advertising strategy.
86. Expand content in a chat tone to sort voice search queries.
87. Social bookmarks are still important but grow in communities. How you deal with your social networks is the way you need to get involved in your social bookmarks. Social bookmarks are not once-submit-your-link-and-that's-it. You need to have a conversation, leave a few comments, or add other content that is not related to your content.
88. Retailers and e-commerce brands should integrate visual search into their marketing strategy. Pinterest leads the way for visual search. Pinterest lets you highlight a section of an image and then create a search for the place you've highlighted. Google Lens with other applications also stepping their game up.
89.Thanks to artificial intelligence, we see the rise of chatbots. Chatbots allow brands to interact with consumers more humane. H & M is a good example of a brand using chatbots.
90. When selecting a domain name, stick to 15 characters or less. Short domain  are attractive and those names are very easier for people to memorize.
91. Provide an ecommerce site, do not use the manufacturer's description when writing your product descriptions. Take some time to rewrite product descriptions for users and search engines.
92.If you have a sharp drop in traffic, it could be due to a penalty. Check your emails and the Google Search Console to see if there's any notice.
93. The sharp drop in traffic could also be due to keyword loss. Check to see if your competitors are getting classified for similar keyword terms with the new content they produce.
94. Start testing with Progressive Web Apps or PWAs with the new first-party index. PWA will deliver a mobile site if a user comes to your site from your smartphone tablet. Big chips like Weather Channel and Lyft are already testing it and you do not want to stay behind. PWAs are beneficial to brands that drive ad revenue. It's a great alternative to AMP.
95.If you start a new business, invest in high-quality content. Also, consider changing your metadata to reflect seasons and potentially rank long-range keywords.
96. Guest posting is not an appropriate way to create links, but it is a great way to create content.
97. If you have multiple pages competing for similar keyword search terms, consider combining content into a giant piece of long-form content.
98. Are you curious why your competitor hits you at SERP for the same piece of content? Go back and fill in the gaps in your content. Carry out an analysis of the keyword terms associated with your article and find out if there are missing pieces you can add to improve your content.
99.When looking for your site on search engines: example.com 'make sure you find all the variations of your site. For example, look for the following:
http://example.com
http://www.example.com
https://example.com
https://www.example.com
100. We have talked a lot about the mobile-first index. Bing and other search engines will probably follow. However, it is still important to focus and optimize your site's version on your computer.
In the optimal scenario, you already know everything in this list.
After all this, there is so much that we can keep in our brain without having any gaps. The above ways are essentially a complete set of parameters that I look at and check on each website.
